Email is our official customer-service contact method. Please include the following information so that we can assist you efficiently:
- your full name;
- your order number, if applicable;
- the name of the Store where you ordered;
- a clear description of your enquiry; and
- photographs or supporting information where relevant.
We aim to respond within 2–3 business days. Response times may be longer over weekends, South African public holidays and unusually busy periods.
Please check your spam or junk folder if you have not received a response.
Order changes and cancellations
If you need to request an address change, order amendment or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible.
Sending a request does not guarantee that the change or cancellation can be completed. Orders that have already been processed or dispatched may no longer be changed.
A request is accepted only once we have confirmed it in writing.
Returns
Please do not send or deliver a return without contacting us first.
Email us with your order number and the reason for the return. If the return is authorised or required by law, we will provide the correct return instructions and address.
Products sent to an unapproved address may be delayed, lost or returned to the sender. This does not limit any return right you may have under applicable law.
Damaged, missing or incorrect items
If your parcel arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please email us as soon as reasonably possible and include:
- your order number;
- a photograph of the courier label;
- photographs of the outer packaging;
- photographs of the products received; and
- a description of the problem.
Please keep the packaging and products until we have completed our initial assessment.
Important communication notice
Messages sent to unofficial social-media profiles, personal accounts, comments or other channels may not be monitored and will not necessarily be treated as formal customer-service or legal notices.
For the quickest and most reliable assistance, always use the email address listed above.
We will never ask you by email to provide your complete password, card PIN or one-time password.
